We're looking for an individual who shines in customer service interactions to assist in our busy office! Your role will frequently involve greeting and assisting walk-in customers and clients via phone. This position is part time. 

We are looking for a proactive, dependable, and trustworthy person who can proficiently multi-task in a detail-oriented manner with the ability to handle various customer interactions. The candidate should be skilled in written and verbal communication and able to work well with the internal organization (team) and external customers.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, tech savvy, attentive to detail, and have problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. We're looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written, as well as accurate data entry skills, and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

In addition to the customer service role, additional opportunities for growth within the company may be available to the right candidate. 

Prior proven experience in a similar, customer service-oriented role is strongly preferred.
